Mmmm… What to say? We could tell you about our 30+ year history. About how we were the first specialist HR executive search company. About the fact that our heritage describes us but doesn’t define us. About how we lead rather than follow. About how we are in it for long term results rather than short term gain. About how service is a core KPI in our business and sales isn’t. About how we are the first ‘specialist’ HR business to actually introduce an assessment process that’s relevant to HR.
We could.
Those things alone would set us apart from the rest in the business.
But it wouldn’t tell you what we are ‘about’. Would it?
In fact, reading a few paragraphs here won't tell you what you need to know. To really understand what we are ‘about’ we suggest a journey, around this site. It will at least give you a flavour.
