Whilst many assessment techniques exist, both subjective and objective, to measure the profile and potential fit to an organisation of key individuals, none offer the relevance of the Courtenay HR Beta Map™ which focuses on what matters in HR.

Based on the work of industry thought leaders, including David Ulrich, and incorporating character, workstyle and experience mapping the Courtney HR Beta Map™ is an assessment toolkit, which, as a complete set can help an organisation understand the challenges facing the business and the implications these have for the HR function.

Put simply, it sets the standard in benchmarking HR talent.

The output of the Courtenay HR Beta Map™ is used to support the resourcing issues that inevitably fall out of a functional review, be they identifying and sourcing new talent, or managing expectations of current team members, including outplacement or redeployment.
