HR Functional Assessment

The Courtenay HR Beta Map™ system contains a functional element in addition to the candidate assessment tools.

This functional element provides a toolkit for measuring and understanding the current and future states of the HR function, identifying gaps or barriers to executing the HR strategy and developing a roadmap for successful transition.
