    We will provide timely and honest feedback, both from our own assessment and those of our clients.

We are, however, only human and as a result we can sometimes get it wrong. If, for whatever reason we do fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. You can do this in a number of ways:
  • Talk to us! If you have an issue then please pick up the phone and contact us directly. Taking feedback can be challenging but we prefer to hear it and would like the chance to put things right.
  • If you don’t want to talk directly to one of the Courtenay HR team you can use our Viewpoint feedback facilities. Simply fill in the Viewpoint feedback form and submit your comments online or call our viewpoint number and leave a confidential message. The Viewpoint line is totally confidential and we will only respond directly to you if you specifically request it.
